Support ad-hoc analysis & root cause analysis to derive actionable insights for the Global Airports & Network Operations division.
Responsible to identify operational improvement opportunities & support Operations Efficiency Insights Manager in communicating and subsequently implementing initiatives.
Under the guidance of Operations Efficiency, the Insights Manager summarizes & visualizes analysis results.
Identify opportunities for analysis/report automation.
Produce & organize operational data for working/steering groups to drive initiatives.
Education & Experience
Educated to degree level (min. Bachelor) in aviation management, business administration, economics, mathematics, statistics, or similar field.
Open to high-caliber graduates or experienced hires with 1-2 years experience in analytics/performance management.
Working knowledge in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint; preferably basic skills in MS PowerBI (or similar).
For experienced hires, preferably experience in the aviation industry.
