Job Description

You’ll start off checking the team inbox…could be a request to change an employee’s bank details, a query on holiday entitlement, a request for a groceries voucher (our way of helping our team through the cost of living challenges). The phone rings and a job has been offered, you’ll need to send the candidate a letter before the end of the day plus all their onboarding documents. Your colleagues are busy on the phones supporting their branches, so you’ll need to be able to focus!

Meanwhile a colleague has popped in asking for information on our wellbeing offering and we also need a list of current employees so we can send everyone a christmas hamper.

Next job is chasing up signed paperwork from recent joiners.

Phone rings again, there’s a resignation and we need to find a replacement, an advert needs loading onto our careers page.

Just enough time left to add some new employees to the HR database, oh and change those job titles for those recently promoted.

Finally, it’s Pay Day pizza in the office tomorrow, make sure you get your order in!

Who do we need?

You don’t need previous experience, just be organised, very accurate, have a willingness to muck in with whatever needs doing and genuinely enjoy handling a million admin tasks!
