Key job responsibilities:

Build self-service infrastructure/ Dashboard to facilitate internal and external stakeholders
Convert data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information using tools like Quicksight/Tableau/ Power BI
Liaise between business and tech teams to build large scale solutions to solve customer problems
Own partnerships with Data Engineering team to ensure smooth onboarding and retrieval of data
Automation and upkeep of weekly, monthly, quarterly business performance reports & insights
Learn and understand a broad range of Amazon’s data resources and know how, when and which data sources to use.
Own the data preparation to run financial / Customer Experience estimates for pilots/experiments
Act as the custodian of data for the customer returns elimination team and maintain sanity of data across all stakeholders
Prior experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting as well as with data visualization (Tableau, QuikSight, Power BI)
Proficiency in SQL, programming language (e.g. Python), and Excel (including Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.)
