  • at least 10+ years accumulated experience in General HR and Admin Experience in any industry either supervisory or assistant manager position (a must)
  • Knowledgeable in Recruitment end to end processes
  • At least 5 years experience in Technical and IT recruiting experience is a must
  • Fluent in both oral and written English communications.
  • Experienced in compensation and benefits, payroll, labor law, and company policy.
  • Willing to work in US time zone, EST from 9am-6pm, onsite in our chennai, india office
