· Dealing with customer queries on a range of issues e.g. access issues, entitlement setups, licensing queries, account USER ID, messages not being sent, troubleshooting, coordination etc
· Provision of technical support for Cellx products. This will include authentication using the various authentication systems e.g. CRM, Reviewing the account history,
· Filter large volumes of issues reported by users which will require excellent problem resolution and troubleshooting skills
· Customer Support to customers e.g. being able to talk the user through using any part of the product websites and rectifying any browser, technical access problems or errors. Must be able to breakdown complex technical jargon into simple user friendly language
· Update customer information on various CRM systems
· Online support – Ensure that email addresses, IP addresses and usernames and passwords are kept up-to-date for both personal and institutional subscribers. Help users with the registration process and solve any access problems by phone/email
· Backup for other tasks within customer service as and when required
