As the Administrative Assistant you will work as part of a team to provide administrative support to the Circular Economy Collaborative Innovation Communities project within the Cardiff School of Management.
What you’ll do – key duties
Provide administrative support to the CEIC project delivery team.
Provide administrative support to meet funder reporting requirements.
Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns including social media promotion of the CEIC programme.
Provide support to the Project Manager to maintain and check all project administration records to ensure accurate, adequate records are held for audit purposes according to funding body and the University’s rules.
Collate evidence as part of regular financial claims to funders and quarterly reports.

You will bring experience of using MS Office, excellent attention to details and the ability to develop, use and maintain administrative procedures, policies and practices

You will be educated to A level along with 5 GCSE’s grade A-C including English and Maths
