Our client is a housing association in Liverpool who are passionate about helping people within the local community. They are continuing to grow as a business and therefore looking to expand their customer service team.
Job Description
- To deliver excellent customer service at all times with a friendly and professional approach to your customers.
- Be passionate and have empathy towards customers
- Be a team player
- Handle high volume of calls
The Successful Applicant
- Previous call centre/contact centre experience.
- Be passionate about helping people who may be in vulnerable situations
- Able to work keep to KPIS
- Reliable team player who can effectively work in challenging circumstances.
- Relevant experience of the housing industry and/or customer service would be desirable.
