Our client is a housing association in Liverpool who are passionate about helping people within the local community. They are continuing to grow as a business and therefore looking to expand their customer service team.

Job Description

  • To deliver excellent customer service at all times with a friendly and professional approach to your customers.
  • Be passionate and have empathy towards customers
  • Be a team player
  • Handle high volume of calls

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous call centre/contact centre experience.
  • Be passionate about helping people who may be in vulnerable situations
  • Able to work keep to KPIS
  • Reliable team player who can effectively work in challenging circumstances.
  • Relevant experience of the housing industry and/or customer service would be desirable.
