Job Duties and Responsibilities:


Drive business growth at every stage of the funnel by creating awareness, acquiring new leads, converting the leads to active users.
Set achievable company digital marketing goals.
Manage and optimize the company’s online acquisition funnels.
Create strategy for different social media pages and handle in terms of content creation (organic and paid) and analyzing results.
Handle social media marketing and content creation.
Strategize for tests, and assist in optimizing Ajar’s product to continuously enhance product market fit.
Optimizes landing pages for paid campaigns.
PPC setup, management, and reporting for relevant platforms. Copywriting of ads and page content when required, keyword research, keyword bidding, A/B testing, amendments to increase conversions, and performance reporting.
Manage the day to day online campaigns across all channels including owned, earned, and paid media, including potential performance media agencies.
Optimize paid advertisement using SEO, measure digital traffic, monitor social media and google analytics.
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure digital marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition.
Come up with analytical and creative experiments and strategies to improve different stages of the funnel.
Conduct competitor analysis and recommend best practices to lead the market.
Monitor performance and create reports to gauge campaign effectiveness.
Monitor trends in digital marketing and best practices, latest techniques and methodologies

Qualifications Required:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant business degree.
Experienced in performance marketing, general digital marketing, email marketing, automation, SEO optimization and a strong understanding of the customer acquisition funnel.
Strong understanding of SaaS revenue generation and how SaaS businesses are grown and measured.
Background in statistics is preferred.
Experience with hubspot.
Experience in performing A/B tests together with Product and/ or Data is preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


Should have a growth mindset of experimenting, learning from these experiments, and re-applying learnings.
Proficient in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager,Google Analytics.
Tech savvy with a capacity to learn and utilize different online tools to achieve results.
Data obsessed with an ability to analyze and understand performance based on data.
Must be a team player who is comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a wider team.
Young and vibrant personality who can accommodate a high task load work environment.
Abreast with the current market trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluent in English and Arabic.
