Full Job Description

As a designer, you will work a to develop concepts, patterns, silhouettes, artwork used in the creation of a collection.

• Skills in pattern creation and design development (western wear)
• Creating clothing patterns for production/sampling
• Ideating mood boards and trend forecasting
• Testing and deciding on fabrics, colours, patterns and textures for each design
• Overseeing and collaborating with the production team in sample development and fabrication of designs.
• Deliver quality samples on time.
• Creating cost sheets and product lists.
• Understanding of NEF’S aesthetic and style
