Full Job Description

Designation : Sr. Admin Executive

Industry : Civil Engineering Service Provider

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
· To handle back office work, filing, record keeping & documentations, letter drafting and entire official correspondence.
· Coordination with Internal as well as external customers / Clients.
· Research, preparation and submission of tenders for public as well as private organisations.
· Tender searching and preparing for government institutions and research centres.
· To prepare quotations, proforma invoice.
· Responding, delegating and foreseeing to the closure, received from IndiaMart.
· Event Coordination in various events, fairs, workshops and conclaves.

· Managing Marketing Budgeting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,603.86 – ₹38,435.49 per month
