Graduate Teaching Assistant
The headteacher would like to hear from candidates that have a real passion for supporting pupils and delivering excellent pastoral care as there has recently been a big push on funding for pupil premium.

The main duties will include:
Supporting the pupils in their education through the national curriculum
Supporting and managing the behaviour of 30 pupils
Working with the class teacher to implement interventions
Supporting and delivering creative and innovative lessons
Using formative and summative assessment
Assessing phonics following the school’s chosen program
Promoting independence with life skills
Providing an outstanding level of safeguarding and pastoral care
The ideal candidate will:
Be available for work Monday to Friday
Be a recent graduate
Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with ourselves)
A fully checkable work history
