Motion Graphic Designer/Animators

Responsibilities

• Using graphics and animation to visually illustrate academic content through e-learning and explainer videos.

• Creation of animated assets to be used independently or in a composition.

• Pre-visualizing and editing video footage as per script requirements.

• Storyboarding independently or as assigned for scripts under production.

• Establishing and executing a visual style and identity for every assigned project.

• Executing assigned projects with high-quality output under stipulated deadlines while maintaining perfect team coordination.

• Asset management and maintenance through and beyond projects. Desired skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, namely Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro (with inbuilt and 3rd party plugins) is compulsory.

• Competency in storyboarding, editing, composting, rendering, and other post-production processes is required.

• A versatile body of work encapsulating mentioned responsibilities with 2-3 years of experience for a Creative Associate will be favoured.

• A professional degree in Motion Graphics or Animation is a plus.

• Ability to independently ideate, create, and troubleshoot through a production pipeline.

• The applicant should be able to identify and define visual design issues and solutions and to incorporate feedback from members of the design and product management teams.

• Quick animation ability, strong attention to detail, ability to interpret other animators’ styles, ability to communicate visually, verbally, and in writing.

• A wide degree of creativity, a thirst to create, and a vision to make an impact is expected.

• Experience of creative and engaging video creation in E-Learning Domain

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹350,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per month
