THR Consultants is looking to fill several Full Time Monthly Payout HR Recruiter positions for BPO Client Hiring. The positions are for PAN-India Basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must have working eperience with any consultancy or staffing company.
  • Candidates must have good Hiring eperience for BPO Clients.
  • Proficient in Using Naukri, Shine, Times Jobs and job boards.
  • Good in Handling End-End-requirement.
  • Identify candidates with the right skills to match the requirements.
  • Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
  • Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
  • Must have eperience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
  • Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
  • Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, -Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
  • Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
