Job Overview

The position holder is responsible for the day-to-day Cabin Crew operations at IFS are carried out effectively as per the stipulated standards. He/She will be responsible to lead the Crew Performance at their respective Base.

Responsibilities and Duties

  •  Implement the organizational and department goals
  • Act as a duty in-charge (as may be applicable)
  • Ensure cabin crew reports in time o Crew has performed mandatory pre-flight medical check requirements
  • Share any critical operations related updates and special briefings as may be required o Operating Crew is in possession of mandatory documents and recent circulars
  • To ensure cross departmental functions and work in collaboration with operational departments
  • (Crew Control, Crew Scheduling, Training, Catering, etc.) to provide input on issues such as flight delays, roster needs, technical issues,. Ensure these are effectively communicated and understood by crew and team members
  • He/ She is an inspiring leader and a role model responsible for Developing, Leading and implementing strategies in Cabin Crew performance
  •  Conduct/Attend meetings to discuss/delegate business at base
  •  Ensure effective investigation and closure with regards to Crew Behaviour, SOP deviations and all the attributes which contribute to a Cabin Crew in good standing
  • Liaise with all departments in IFS and all relevant partner departments and practice collaborative thinking to drive strategies and projects
  •  Drive performance based platforms like PEP, Grooming and Behavior Management system
  • Ensure by self or via team that Flight reports are filled in time by their respective base leads
  • Be part of cross functional delegations and take up new responsibilities
  •  Team development and enhancing their skillset as desired and introduced new learning initiatives
  • Foster self-learning attitude and show efforts in enhancing self-skillset

Interpersonal Skills

  •  Able to drive Objective based discussion (OBD)
  •  Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills)
  • Excellent understanding of Standards and Procedures Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
  •  Excellent project management skills and able to develop Management reports
  •  People management and leadership skills
  •  Should to be excellent at MS Office: Excel/ MS Word/ Power Point
  •  Excellent command of the English language – Written and Spoken
  •  Competent on releasing Crew Communication
  •  Have strong Coaching and Mentoring Skillset
