We have 300 plus corporate customers, 25 alliances, and 8 locations. We provide services like Cyber security services, network services, virtualization services, and cloud services to our corporate clients.

Qualification: Graduation
Location: Indore
Experience: 1-3 year
Gender: Female

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and update job descriptions.
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media platforms).
3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
5. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.
6.Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
7. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
8. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
9. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
10. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
11. Good communication skills are a must.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
