Full Job Description

  • Payroll management
  • Maintaining the attendance data of field employee
  • Ensuring the all employee details in system for new joining, shortfall complete with ZHR
  • Processing Salary Invoice of third party
  • Issuing Advance salary.
  • Maintaining the leave record of third party employee
  • HR Operation
  • Ensuring & provide all the details to GBSS team for F&F
  • Maintaining the Training record – Performance record, skill & other
  • Reconciliation – employee strength match with all three internal portal – OTC, Mypiramal portal & third party
  • Employee master
  • Handling the query of PF
  • Maintaining monthly base Addition, deletion & correction of endorsement.
  • Ensuring contract renew – third party, insurance company
  • Ensuring appointment letter confirmation letter, resignation letter hand over to respective employee
  • Maintain the personal employee file record
  • Resolving the all query of employee – Salary deduction, Expenses & Incentive

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 8000 months

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹27,104.75 per month
