Full Job Description
Role:
- To plan and manage area sales strategy and plan to promote the products and services provided by Swaas Health Care and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- To influence and implement the strategy to grow a sustainable long term profitable business in Respiratory Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Have an in-depth knowledge of business products, services and value proposition.
- Maintain relationships with key hospitals, doctors and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continued optimal usage of products to meet or exceed sales.
- Provide input to the sales manager to ensure market conditions and competitor strategies are effectively addressed and sales targets are achieved.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to overcome market risks and opportunities and ensure sales goals are achieved.
- Respond to escalated customer questions and complaints to ensure quality processes are followed and to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Create awareness and messaging on the benefits of the products and services provided by Swaas Health Care.
- Identify and understand the problems customers may be experiencing.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new markets.
Outcomes
- Ensures appropriate sales and marketing strategies and plans are in place to drive maximum sales.
- Positioning of products and services provided by Swaas Health Care.
- Keep an eye on competition activities and build action plans to mitigate risks.
- Resolves and escalates customer issues to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience
- A degree in Pharmacy, Marketing or Business or a Technical field
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in Sales.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Sales, Marketing or product management experience preferably in a medical device.
- Must be available to travel when required.
- Should have own vehicle.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
