Ensure outstanding customer care at all times.
Supervise daily shift process, ensuring all team members follow the duty roster.
Train, resolve issues/problems and coach the front office team members to ensure the smooth operation.
Resolve guest complaints in efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer service.
Allocate rooms to expected arrivals as per the guest request.
Cross check all billing instruction.
Control cash transactions at the front desk.
Ensure FO log book and hotel log book is always updated.

Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
Hotel: 1 year (Preferred)
FO Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
