Cafeteria Manager
Full Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan, implement, and manage daily operations
2. Manage and track canteen inventory
3. Keep track of all orders and ensure timely delivery
4. Ensure safety and adherence to food regulations and quality standards
5. Assist in the preparation of the canteen budgets with finance
6. Develop positive relationships with customers and vendors
Requirements:
1. Diploma in hotel management or equivalent experience in food outlets
2. Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
4. Experience in using computer software and commercial and financial management
5. Exceptional time management and crisis management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
