Specialist Marketing Operations

When you think of food delivery in the MENA region, we’d be pretty surprised if talabat didn’t pop into your mind first! Since delivering our first order in Kuwait in, we’ve grown quite a lot over the past 17 years.

We’re looking for a passionate and process-driven Marketing Operations Executive to join our Regional Marketing Team and work closely with the Regional Planning and Partnerships/New Ventures team to create leaner processes and a more efficient and accurate planning cycle.

What’s On Your Plate?

– Works in close collaboration with the Planning Managers to ensure the Marketing Planning cycle is respected and deliverables are submitted timely and accurately
– Validates local Marketing cost submissions for accuracy and alignment with
– Collaborates with Planning Managers and markets for validation of monthly
Marketing Best Estimates
– Assists Planning and channel teams in validation of spend and manual mapping during the monthly cost closing period
– Plays an instrumental part in larger projects such as cost automation, setting
cross-functional processes and SLAs (documentation, follow-ups)
– Supports Partnerships/ New Ventures and QCommerce Managers in the
implementation and adherence to established processes between local and
regional Marketing teams
– Works closely with the Partnerships Manager to establish objectives for new
tactical campaigns and converts those into creative and channel briefs. Ensures timelines are respected, objectives are translated creatively and relevant to the channel as well as markets executing in line with commitment

What Did We Order?

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management
– Min. 2 years of relevant work experience
– Passion for numbers and excellent Excel skills
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
– Regional experience in a matrix organization is a plus
