Job Title : Medical Coding

Experience : Minimum 2 years

Certification is mandatory (CPC, COC, CRC, CPC-P from AAPC CCS, CCS-P, CCA from AHIMA)

Notice: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Coimbatore

Shift: 9 AM to 7 PM

# Review the medical records, identify diagnoses and convert to ICD-10-CM codes by following CMS, HHS & client specific guidelines # Flag reports/send queries to the provider for documentation deficiency

At least 2 years of experience in HCC coding and strong knowledge in ICD-10-CM guidelines

Any one of the following coding certifications CPC, COC, CRC, CPC-P from AAPC CCS, CCS-P, CCA from AHIMA

Strong knowledge in Medical terminology, Anatomy, ICD-10-CM coding guidelines

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹475,000.00 per year
