How we LEAD:
Bravado is currently looking for a Coordinator, Retail Sales. This person will be a key component to help maximize wholesale sales and profitability. They will be the connector between the retail department & creative/operations/production. They are a vital role to help drive opportunity across Bravado’s amazing and expansive roster of artists.
This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills, and the confidence to optimize workflow and proactively set priorities for the team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is critical.
This role demands confidence in the ability to communicate on behalf of a team. The Coordinator, Retail Sales is here to support company leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and initiatives. A “can-do” attitude is essential. No task is too small and no challenge too great.
How you’ll CREATE:
In a fast-paced and growing environment like ours, priorities and projects often change so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
  • Assist all retail sales management across different lanes of retail – including Hot Topic, Spencer’s, Urban Outfitters, Forever 21, Target, etc.
  • Work cross functionally with brand management and production to facilitate product approvals and maintain account deadlines
  • Utilize internal platforms to build out new products for various retail accounts (CADs, style codes, UPC codes etc.)
  • Help manage, organize and distribute the retail asset library
  • Provide Administrative and Operational Support by assisting and processing any client and account executive requests by phone, fax, email, physical mailings, etc.
  • Work with Sales Operations and finance on new account set ups and compliance paperwork
  • Other duties include generating reports and completing special projects as needed
  • Adhere to all company compliance standards and policies

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Interested in learning and growing within Sales
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred

  • Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products inclusive of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Apple products (Keynote, iCal, etc.) and project management systems
