We’re building an amazing team and we’re looking for a hardworking and driven Dealer Account Manager to support us on our journey.
The main purpose of the role is to support our field sales team and dealer network by proactively managing smaller dealer relationships through exceptional customer service, making data driven decisions, risk management and pro-active account management, whilst working collaboratively with other teams throughout Tandem Motor Finance to develop and improve our existing client base in an informed, compliant, and efficient manner.
You will need to ensure all aspects of administration are carried out with care and attention to detail, adhering to the appropriate policies, procedures, and government legislation.
Led by our Managing Director, the Tandem Motor Finance team are building an exciting new proposition to the industry.

What you will be working on:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Being the front-line specialist support for all smaller dealers when handling queries received while maintaining successful, positive and mutually beneficial relationships with our dealers through regular telephone contact, in order to generate profitable business.
Monitoring and identifying trends in performance of existing accounts, and implementing plans to improve results or embrace opportunities identified in conjunction with the Internal Sales Manager and senior management team through monthly meetings and in-depth analysis of these accounts.
For reviewing underperforming accounts and converting all pending business throughout the month where possible.
The creation of MI for analysis, as well as any other bespoke reporting or MI that is requested.
Maintaining knowledge of the Tandem Motor Finance product suite, end to end customer journeys, dealer and customer systems, dealer experience and requirements, motor finance market, competitor activity and relevant regulation.
Carrying out any other reasonable tasks or projects as requested by the management team.
Building and maintaining close working relationships throughout Tandem Motor Finance.
The ownership of individual performance against business KPIs, and personal development.
