Job Description
Ghosh Medical Group is Liverpool’s leading private medical company. We have expanded and are settling into our brand new clinic offering private medical, surgical, pharmacy and aesthetic services in the heart of Liverpool’s medical district – Rodney Street.
What you will be doing
You will be part of our growing team to ensure the well-being of patients and great patient outcomes are achieved . Working together with the Company Directors and Clinic Manager to provide leadership and development of the practice. The successful candidate is likely to be a strong individual who is willing and able to take an active role in the clinical team.
Role Responsibilities
Responsibility and accountability for patient outcomes.
Identify patient engagement opportunities through consultation and treatment appointments.
Champion our patient’s needs and help to deliver a great service to them.
Meeting existing and potential clients’ needs and building positive relationships.
Undertake necessary performance measures such as audits, reviews, surveys to make sure achieving compliance.
Recording patients’ vital signs and medical information
Monitoring patients, record and reporting symptoms or changes in their conditions to provide the most suitable care and advice
Performing routine procedures such as administering non-intravenous medications, taking blood pressure measurements and completing patients’ charts
Administering medications to patients, monitoring them for potential reactions or side effects and reporting to the physician
Assisting Surgeons during operations and emergencies
Creating and maintaining accurate, comprehensive healthcare records and reports of patients
Working with physicians and other health professionals to create personalised treatment plans for patients
What you need for the role
Proven experience as an Adult Nurse or Registered Nurse
Outstanding knowledge of nursing care procedures and methods
Excellent understanding of health and safety protocols, including decontamination and sanitation
Patient, compassionate and empathetic nature
Knowledge of emergency care
Ability to lead and work well as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Valid nursing licence
Full COVID-19 Vaccination
