Description: We have an exciting opportunity in our White Plains, NY office for a dynamic Senior Finance Manager in the Yogurt Business Unit (BU), who can act as a strategic business partner to cross-functional team members, focused on long-term strategic planning, innovation and productivity project analytics, decision support and resource allocation, with the overall goal of driving sustainable, profitable growth for the Business Unit. In this role, you will report to the VP of the Yogurt Category Finance team. Responsibilities: * Lead the preparation of the annual Strategic Marketing Plans as part of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), working closely with cross-functional business partners, Finance leadership and the BU General Manager * Manage all innovation and productivity project analysis, including BU P&L impact and prioritization; present project financials at periodic Yogurt BU Leadership Decision Team meetings in a way that facilitates sound and efficient decision-making * Build and present business cases for recommended capital expenditure (capex) projects, to enable future growth and efficiency initiatives for the BU (e.g. new manufacturing lines, sourcing optimization, etc.) * Manage all innovation reporting to FP&A, BU leadership and for quarterly cross-functional business review * Manage the BU $100m+ A&P budget * Create quantitative models that provide timely financial insights to support business leaders in evaluating new business ventures and/or changing business paradigms * Serve as a business partner to Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain counterparts, collaborating on key business initiatives and providing a financial perspective * You will be a critical thinker who develops ideas for process improvements and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment, including participating in ad-hoc business initiatives * Continuously work to streamline and automate processes * Manage a team of two Analysts * Grow your people and yourself! About you: * You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting (Masters Degree a plus) * You have 6-10 years of experience, with recent time supporting senior level staff and interaction with senior leadership * You have the financial acumen and analytical skills required to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment * You have strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities * You have previous knowledge of Microsoft products, Excel, PowerPoint, Word with the ability to produce top-quality work suitable for Executive level presentations. Previous experience with the BI tool Tagetik is a plus, but not required. * You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of the organization * You have experience managing and developing people The base compensation range for this position is $102k-153k commensurate with experience.
