Freelance Office Production Assistant

Full Job Description

Sesame Workshop is looking for an Office Production Assistant. The PA will assist Production Management (Production Manager and Production Coordinator) in running the Production Office.

Responsibilities

  • Orders, maintains and manages budget for office supplies
  • Manages the mailing and receiving of packages
  • Orders and set up of late meals as needed at Studio
  • Books equipment and travel as directed
  • Daily distributions of schedules, signage, and paperwork as directed
  • Maintains and distributes contact sheets for production
  • Manages digital show folders
  • Manages to wrap gift distribution and mailing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Prefer at least 1 year+ of work in TV Production Management, Production, or Office Administration
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, One Drive)
