Office Administrator
Job Description
Main Duties:
· Monitor Purchase e-mail box and answer questions, assign e-mails to team members, highlighting urgency.
· Process PI’s to ensure they are correct and confirm details on Purchase Orders
· Support Purchasing Coordinator in all aspects of their role
· Keep up to date Shipping logs and process shipping documentation for finance.
· Keep Dynamics updated daily
· Reviewing stock levels on receipt of commercial invoice to advise shipping needs.
· Raising warehouse receipts
· Processing courier invoice for finance
· General admin support to supply chain team.
Person Specification:
· Good team player
· Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Be highly organised with excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
· Good knowledge of excel – V look ups, Pivot tables etc
· Good communication skills via telephone and email at all levels
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,500.00 per year
