Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with Omni channel integration

Job Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract (6 months, extendable based on performance)

Work Timings: 7.30 PM to 12.30 AM

Skills Required:

· 5+ years of experience around Dynamics CRM applications with hands on experience on Omni channel integration

· Extensive functional domain experience in Customer engagement, Project operations, Sales & Marketing and Field Services.

· To be successful, he or she must have proven experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

· Participate in client functional and technical workshops, to analyze and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement technical solutions

· Define and evaluate the non-functional/technical requirements for each business process in your workstream

· Worked at least 1-2 integration projects/implementations for D365CE

· Identify GAPs in product and pass on to stake holder and provide a strategic solution for implementing those

Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex development topics to both executive and technical personnel

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: ₹600.00 – ₹800.00 per hour
