Assistant Vice President 

Role

  • Corporate HR – Corporate Hiring, SAP – HR, HRMS, HR Process Policy and end-to-end execution of people processes for Corporate manpower
  • Talent Management – Leadership Hiring, HR DDC, Business Excellence TQM, Bio-HR
  • PMS and Comp Ben – Performance Appraisal, Comp Ben, Payroll inputs, Leadership Training, EA activities
  • LD: Training delivery as per calendar, e-learning etc
  • Payroll – Payroll processing, Incentive, employee benefits, insurance and FFS

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate HR Long term strategy, Annual Plans, Goal Cascading and progress monitoring
  • Leadership recruitment, corporate manpower hiring, campus hiring
  • Contemporary HR Polices Process, Process assessment and review
  • Payroll Management – Across company, Band-1 payroll, Comp Ben, benefits management, employee insurance management
  • Employee Engagement initiatives and action planning, OD and Best Employer initiatives
  • HR Digitalization/automation initiatives – DDC, SAP, HRMS, Functional Apps, Process Mgmtetc.
  • Build learning culture, LD, emp competency development, , e-learning, IDPs, Knowledge Management, Leadership Training
  • Performance mgt system, annual/mid-year appraisal, Counselling PIPs
  • Change Management, Business Excellence, HR Excellence, Employee Involvement TQM initiatives
  • HR Analytics, Dash boards, budgeting process and periodical MIS reports

CandidateFull Time MBA-HR / MHRM / MSW/ PGDBA-HR from reputed institutions. Certified/Trained in HR Analytics, BEI, Training, HR/Business Excellence. Certified/Trained in computer applications and MS. Office basic advanced Tools
