Key Job Functions:
Actively be involved in the Off plan sale transactions on behalf of the clients/buyers.
Stay updated with all the latest projects under Off Plan stage.
Stay in constant touch with the Line Manager to update him about all ongoing transactions and seek his help to improvise.
Establishing and keeping a relationship with the Developer office’s sales team.
Understand and Assess buyers’ needs and suggest properties for their consideration.
Always give options to buyers for their property search and try to cross-sale and up-sale to make sure clients are never left without any option and are guided well.
Having regular meetings with clients and accompanying them at the Developer’s office to explain the project in detail.
Attend Developer briefings and Project launch events.
At least 1-year experience as a Real Estate Broker
Dubai Driving License
Proven track record of sales
Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude for negotiation
Trustworthy and results-driven
