Full Job Description

Anjappar Group of Restaurants based in Chennai and branches across world requires RESTAURANT MANAGERS fof their restauants in Chennai . Proven credential cnadidates will be transfered to Overseas branches upon their best performance .

Candiate must have worked in the similar position for 5 to 8 yrs Department

Reporting to GM , planning and directing all outlet operations; .

Duties & Responsibilities 1. Interacts with customers and individuals within and outside the outlet including, but not limited to current and potential clients, company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community.

2. Coordinates functions and activities with corporate staff, as appropriate.

3. Ensures highest level of customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service and amenities, within corporate standards.

4. Manages the functions of all personnel through direct and indirect supervision of Supervisors.

5 Be responsible for the security and safety of customers and employees, and ensures emergency procedures are established, well publicized, practiced and reinforced.

6. Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.

7. Installs and monitors cash management programs, including inventories and receivables.

8. Ensures daily briefings are conducted.

9. Must be a good leader and teamplayer to motivite the staff
