Boeing India is currently seeking an Associate Software Developer – SharePoint to join the product development team. The development team provides comprehensive software solutions to rapidly access and visually transform complex engineering and manufacturing product data. Responsibilities include development and maintenance of in-house software applications supporting our business lines.

Good communication skills are needed both verbally and written, to interact with peers and customers. Job requires working within a diverse team of skilled and motivated co-workers to collaborate on results. Other qualities for this candidate are a positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience with SharePoint Development, Administration, Configuration and Troubleshooting issues
  • Experience/Knowledge in migrating SharePoint from one version to another (On-Premise).
  • Perform SharePoint Solution improvements and upgrades for optimal performance of company business systems.
  • Design create and organize site collections that support efficient business process workflows.
  • Experience in backup and restore of site collections.
  • Experience in writing SharePoint PowerShell scripts.
  • Experience in SharePoint Designer and workflows.
  • Experience in SharePoint Migration from SP2013 OnPrem to Online.
  • Experience in applying/updating CU patch updates to SharePoint servers
  • Collaborate with SharePoint Onshore team to develop custom SharePoint Artifacts (Workflows, webparts etc)
  • Team Oriented, results driven and organized.
  • Ability to participate in all stages of the software development life cycle.
  • Agile Methodologies (eg. Scrum)
  • Prior experience in Microsoft Azure development with SharePoint is a definite plus.

Desired Skills: –

Experience in Aerospace domain.

Typical Education & Experience: Typically, 4-8 years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (eg. bachelor, master, etc) preferred but not required.
