Viewing Assistant

Job Description

You will carry out viewings at our properties and be the face of Student Cribs to prospective tenants. It will be your responsibility to meet prospective tenants at their allotted viewing time, provide an excellent viewing experience, and provide all necessary information regarding the Student Cribs brand and our processes with the goal to convert viewings to contracts. On top of an attractive hourly rate for viewings you will receive a bonus for every property let.

This is an important role requiring great customer service skills, knowledge of our brand and processes, and the desire to provide students with a safe, enjoyable and market leading experience when securing their accommodation. Virtual training will be provided before you begin work.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Interest and / or experience within property lettings / real estate

Excellent communicator, face-to-face, written and over the phone

Experience in a customer service role

Ambitious with a positive attitude

Good prioritisation skills

Field based

Full UK driving license and own transport

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducting viewings: you will meet prospective tenants at our properties and show them around / answer questions

Internal Feedback: you will feedback to members of the Student Cribs team regarding viewings and leads activity for your properties

Other tasks as required (flexible based on the availability and interest of the candidate):

• Conducting monthly property inspections
• Safety checks
• Meter readings
• Completing Right to Rent checks
• Property Management support
• Handover support

FURTHER DETAILS:

Zero Hour Contract

Salary: £6.50 per 30 minute viewing slot (£13 p / h equivalent) plus bonus for let properties (from £50 per property let!)

Location: field based; must live in your selected city

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £13.00 per hour
