Ensure that proper counselling and course information are briefed to students over the phone and convert the inquiry into registration.
Calling all the Leads on daily basis and convert the prospective leads into walk-ins
Strictly adhere to company policies and reaching the target on Monthly basis .
Managing the Students & Visitors.
Providing excellent customer service to all inquiries/clients and existing students Coordinating with Trainers for allocation of batch.
Maintain all data of students, administering the students test and their reports and other duties assigned from time to time.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Proven 2 Year or more experience as Tele Caller representative.
Graduation is mandatory.
Decent knowledge of English.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.
