As the Administrator you will be responsible for:
Answering incoming calls
Collecting information needed from customers via phone and email
Updating spreadsheets
Drafting correspondence
Diary management and booking travel where needed for senior staff
Greeting visitors
Organising meeting rooms
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the role you will:
Have a good background in customer service and administration
Be able to commit to a temporary role
Be a team player
Be approachable with good communication skills
Be competent on MS Office
