Management Services Administrator

Job Description

This is an exciting role acting as a Personal Assistant to two busy Research labs, supporting the Director and Programme Manager of the Infection Neuroscience Lab and the Director of  Lab.

You will provide a high level of administrative support to staff and will ensure the smooth delivery of processes and services to meet strategic and operational goals and business needs. Reporting to the Management Services Team Leader and the Directors of these two Labs, the post will be imbedded within the Department of Clinical Infection Microbiology and Immunology.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexibly and effectively under pressure and be able to build effective working relationships both within the School/Institute and across the University.

The role will be based between the Clinical Sciences Building, Aintree Hospital and the University campus.

You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.

The post is available for 12 months working part-time, 21 hours per week, days to be arranged.
