Job Description

Experience in Credit Cards / Loan Sales
Good written and verbal communication skills
Complying with turnaround time, productivity, and quality standards
Meeting monthly targets
Accuracy & data update.Initiate outbound phone calls to target Customers for Credit Cards / Loan Sales
Utilizing Apps / software to create cases basis suitability
Meeting or exceeding timelines.
Conveying resolution via direct communication & professional correspondence

Required Candidate profile – Graduate with min 1 year experience in CC/ Loan Sales

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• relevant in PL/BL/CC: 1 year (Required)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• PL/BL/CC Sales: 1 year (Required)
