System Adminsistrator & IT Support

• Windows platform
• Windows Domain Controller, Active Directory, Sync Group Policies, User Management, RDS Sessions,
• Accounting Software installation and management (QB, Drake, Creative solutions all Solutions)
• Technical support for both hardware and software issues our user systems
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
• Create and verify backups of data
• Respond to and resolve help desk requests
• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, VPN configurations, malware protection software and other processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
