·Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
·Researching prospects and generating leads.
·Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
·Handling and recording customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
·Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
·Managing the sales process through our own software programs.
·Building and maintaining a CRM database.
·Meeting sales targets.
·Participating in sales team meetings.
·Maintaining and developing good relationship with customers.
·Converting enquiries into sale order.
·Coordinate with purchase team as well dispatch team.
·Gathering market and customer information, like required stock, price, demand, supply.
· Realization of dues on time from customers with regular follow up and overdue payment follow up will be done separately.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
