Reconciliation Specialist

Full Job Description

To efficiently measure and manage the transactions received to the company by their customers, a Reconciliation Officer must perform a wide range of job duties and responsibilities. These may include, but are not limited to:

Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions

Customer accounts reconciliations

Interaction with customers and accounting team to resolve reconciling items

Account reconciliations such as a bank, inventory control, clearing, billings etc.

Apply receipts from customers to outstanding invoices

Review claims submitted by customers and validate

Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating, and analysing accounts receivable data

Ability to identify errors

Appropriate handling of sensitive information

Ability to work to deadlines

High level of attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong client relationship management and customer service skills

Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties

Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Advance Excel and Accounting packages

EDUCATION:

CA Inter/ CMA/ CMA Inter/ MBA or M.Com

WALK IN AT BELOW MENTIONED LOCATION AT 10:00 am to 06:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
