- People Management
- Drive Marketing and Business Development for the assigned territory
- To handle ATL, BTL, Institutional Sales function for the territory and ensure walkins
- Do lead generation activities
- Tie ups with Colleges and Universities in the Assigned Territoty
- Ensure high level of service standards for the branch
- Make Marketing plans for the branch and ensure implementations
- Meeting Monthly / Quarterly and Yearly Target for the branch
- Build relations with various Student bodies including student Union etc.
- Implementation of Systems and Processes
Min 5 yrs for Center Manager
Previous Experience in Team Handling is a must
Local language preferred.
Should be ready to work on Weekends
