Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager’s attention
booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
organising events and conferences
typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, analytical reports in excel, correspondence
liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, for example, conducting research, making summary of the meeting, etc.
Requirements:

Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Tact and diplomacy.
A knowledge of standard software packages (MS Office) and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
Intermediate Russian, Fluent/Native English.
