Full Job Description

We are looking for a competent Accounts and Business Associate with prior experience and a CAN-DO attitude who can bring value to our organization.

Accounting responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Coordinating external audits
  • Reconcile bank accounts, payable and receivable
  • Ledger management/ Basic book-keeping
  • Verifying bank deposits
  • Knowledgeable in GST filing/ payments, TDS procedures
  • Entering financial information into appropriate software programs
  • Conduct database backups when necessary
  • Assist in preparing budgets and managing payroll
  • Provide financial information to management by analysing accounts data and preparing reports
  • Preparation of budget for each project with projects team and ensuring strict adherence to budget

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Assist in stock reports
  • Assist in setting up meetings and follow up with assignments
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Provide personalized secretarial assistance

Bonus skills:

  • Report on the company’s financial health and operational efficiency
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality
  • Experience in restaurant/ hotel industry
  • Process improvement knowledge/ skills – Six Sigma, Lean
  • Ability to think out of the box and constantly present new ideas to improve business

Tools/ Technologies needed: Tally, MS Excel, MS Word

Experience: 2 – 5 years accounting experience preferred

Work from home: Option can be discussed after 3 mo in the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
