How to file a DMCA / copyright complaint

Send an email to support@newsarkariresults.com with the subject line “DMCA Complaint – newsarkariresults.com” and include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
  • The exact URL(s) on newsarkariresults.com where the material appears
  • Your name, address, email and phone number
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next

Valid and complete notices are actioned within 3–5 business days: the reported material is removed or disabled and the concerned author is informed. Incomplete notices may be rejected. Knowingly filing a false claim may make the complainant liable for damages, including costs and legal fees, under applicable law.
