DSSSB Warder PET 2026: the details to check first
DSSSB scheduled the Warder (Male), Post Code 15/25 Physical Endurance Test at Sports Complex East Vinod Nagar and Thyagaraj Sports Complex, INA Colony, on dates listed from 12 September through 1 October, and on 3 October 2026 (2 October is not listed in the notice). A candidate must use his own e-admit card to confirm the assigned date, shift, centre and reporting time. The current OARS portal labels Warder 15/25 under Second Tier PET/Skill Test; its changing card-access row must not be confused with a candidate’s PET appointment.

The recruitment advertisement identifies 1,676 Warder vacancies. This is an ongoing selection stage, not a new application window.
PET schedule, your allotted date and card access
- Board-wide PET schedule: The conduct notice lists test days from 12 September through 1 October and on 3 October 2026; 2 October is not listed. This shows the overall programme, not your allotted date.
- Your own appointment: The e-admit card gives your individual PET date, shift, reporting time and venue. This is the information to use for travel.
- OARS download window: The current portal row may display a shorter date range for generating an e-admit card. Check it live; a download date is not itself a PET date.
Do not reuse a screenshot or an older article as proof of your personal slot. If you are shortlisted, open the official login and save the full card. DSSSB’s 18 August notice listed earlier help dates of 8–9 September for download problems; those dates have passed as of this guide’s check.
Check the right document before travelling
The PET notice, e-admit card and candidate instructions cover different details. Check the document that applies to your question:
Check your date: The OARS card-access window ends on 3 October, but your PET may be earlier. Follow the date and venue on your own card. The conduct notice does not list a PET on 2 October.
Where are the PET centres and when should you report?
The official conduct notice names Sports Complex, East Vinod Nagar, Delhi 110091 and Thyagaraj Sports Complex, INA Colony, Delhi 110003. It lists a Shift I reporting window of 7:30–8:00 a.m. and Shift II of 9:30–10:00 a.m. Candidates should follow the centre and reporting time on their own card, rather than select a centre from this list.
DSSSB’s general instructions tell candidates to reach the centre 15 minutes before the reporting time given in the e-admit card and state that entry is not allowed after reporting time. Plan the trip from the address printed on your card. If assigned to Thyagaraj, also check the separate official entry notice before travelling.
Physical Endurance Test rules in Advertisement 01/2025
For ordinary candidates, the Warder advertisement sets a 1,600 metre race in six minutes. Candidates who qualify in the race become eligible for the 13 foot long jump and 3 feet 9 inch high jump; the advertisement provides three chances for each jump. It states there is no appeal against the PET. Read the official scheme before relying on any coaching chart or another Warder post code.

Ex-servicemen: read the separate age-wise standards
The advertisement gives different race and jump standards to eligible ex-servicemen by age group. For up to 31 years, it lists a six-minute race, 13-foot long jump and 3-foot-9-inch high jump; for 31–40 years, seven minutes, 12 feet and 3 feet 6 inches; for 40 years and above, eight minutes, 11 feet and 3 feet 3 inches. The original advertisement governs eligibility and boundary cases, so check its age-group wording and your category directly.
Are height, chest and medical checks part of this PET?
Important distinction: The original recruitment advertisement states a minimum height of 170 cm and detailed chest and medical standards, with specified category relaxations. However, DSSSB’s August 2026 general PET instructions explicitly say the board will not conduct physical standard measurements, medical standards or defect/deformity checks at this PET; Delhi Prisons will conduct those at a later stage. Meeting a running or jump standard therefore does not waive the later eligibility checks.
For general candidates, the advertisement explains the chest rule as an unexpanded lower limit of 81 cm with at least 5 cm expansion; it also sets out specific relaxations. Read the Warder section of Advertisement 01/2025 rather than relying on simplified charts that describe 81–85 cm without the expansion clarification.
Documents, clothing and prohibited items
- Bring the original e-admit card and an original valid government photo ID with a clear photograph and your date of birth as shown on the card.
- If the photo ID does not show date of birth, bring an additional original proof of date of birth. DSSSB gives examples including a matriculation certificate, qualifying school marks sheet, birth certificate or category certificate; use the categories and conditions in its official instructions.
- A date-of-birth mismatch between the e-admit card and supporting proof may prevent entry. Check it before travelling.
- Wear a vest or T-shirt for the chest badge. DSSSB advises suitable running shoes.
- Do not bring mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices or other prohibited electronic/metal items. DSSSB says it will not arrange storage for bags, phones or belongings.
Photo attendance formalities, including signature and thumb impression, take place under the invigilator’s direction. The board says candidates may retain their e-admit cards after the test. Read the full general instructions PDF for the complete rules.
How to check your PET details without mixing up stages
- Read the official Tier-I marks and PET shortlisting notice for Post Code 15/25.
- Open DSSSB’s official e-admit-card page and find Warder 15/25 under Second Tier PET/Skill Test.
- Enter only the details requested on the official login. Never share your password or one-time code with another site.
- Download the full card; note the date, shift, centre, address and reporting time. Cross-check the card’s personal details and instructions.
- Read the PET conduct notice and general instructions. If assigned to Thyagaraj, check the separate centre-entry notice.
DSSSB says SMS and email are additional facilities. Missing an SMS does not grant an extension to download or a re-test, so check the official website and OARS regularly. After the PET: later checks and results
Appearance in the PET is provisional. The general instructions state that Delhi Prisons will carry out physical measurements and medical standard checks at a later stage and that eligibility remains subject to verification. There is no confirmed Warder 15/25 PET result date in the sources used for this guide. Follow a new DSSSB result or next-stage notice when the board publishes one; do not treat an anticipated date as official.
DSSSB says it will not accept requests to change an assigned PET date, time or centre. For a discrepancy or login problem, consult the board’s current notice and official contact page promptly.
A note on Warder physical-test figures online
Some Warder PET pages quote standards from Post Code 113/23 or treat the OARS admit-card access dates as the test schedule. This guide covers Warder (Male), Post Code 15/25. Its race and jump figures come from Advertisement 01/2025; the board-wide dates and centres come from the 15/25 conduct notice.
For your own PET date, shift and venue, use the e-admit card. The general instructions also make a separate point: Delhi Prisons, rather than DSSSB at this PET, will carry out the later physical measurements and medical checks.
