PET Schedule: Your Allotted Date and Card Access

Use the official shortlisting notice and the OARS portal together. DSSSB has not assigned the same date to every candidate: the conduct notice gives the overall PET window, and the individual e-admit card gives the allotted date. The portal’s listed dates and the PET notice are not the same thing.

DSSSB says candidates should not treat a message, a summary row, or a third-party date list as the final instruction. If the portal shows a date that differs from a summary row, the e-admit card is the deciding source.

DSSSB has not published a general centre list for individual candidates. The two centres named in the conduct notice are Sports Complex East Vinod Nagar and Thyagaraj Sports Complex. Your card tells you which one applies to you.

Where Are the PET Centres and When Should You Report?

The PET centres are Sports Complex East Vinod Nagar, Delhi 110091, and Thyagaraj Sports Complex, INA Colony, Delhi 110003. The reporting time for Shift I is 7:30-8:00 a.m. and for Shift II is 9:30-10:00 a.m. Candidates should arrive at least 15 minutes before the reporting time. Entry is not allowed after the reporting time.

If your venue is Thyagaraj Sports Complex, read the separate centre-entry notice before the test day. The centre-entry notice gives the gate and entry route for that venue.

Physical Endurance Test Rules in Advertisement 01/2025

The race is 1,600 metres in 6 minutes for ordinary candidates. The long jump standard is 13 feet and the high jump standard is 3 feet 9 inches. Each jump has 3 chances. There is no appeal against the test result.

Ex-servicemen: read the separate age-wise standards: For ex-servicemen up to 31 years of age, the standards are a 6-minute race, a 12-feet long jump and a 3-feet-9-inches high jump. For ages 31-40, the standards are a 7-minute race, a 12-feet long jump and a 3-feet-6-inches high jump. For ages above 40, the standards are an 8-minute race, an 11-feet long jump and a 3-feet-3-inches high jump.

Are Height, Chest and Medical Checks Part of This PET?

There are no physical standard measurements or medical checks at this PET. The advertisement gives a minimum height of 170 cm and a chest lower limit of 81 cm unexpanded, with at least 5 cm expansion. Do not rely on the simplified 81-85 cm chest range shown on some pages. Delhi Prisons will handle physical standard measurements and medical checks later.

Documents, Clothing and Prohibited Items

Carry the original e-admit card and an original valid government photo ID showing your photograph and date of birth. If your ID does not show your date of birth, carry an additional original proof, such as a matriculation certificate, a school marks sheet, a birth certificate or a category certificate. A date-of-birth mismatch between the ID and the admit card may prevent entry. Candidates should wear a vest or T-shirt, because a chest badge is attached to it. Wear running shoes.

Do not carry a mobile phone, smartwatch, Bluetooth device, electronic item or metal item inside the centre. There is no storage facility for bags or phones. Photographs, signatures and thumb impressions are taken for attendance under the invigilator. Candidates may keep their e-admit cards after the test.

How to Check Your PET Details Without Mixing Up Stages

1. Read the official Tier-I marks and PET shortlisting notice.
2. Open the DSSSB e-admit card portal (OARS). The portal should show Warder 15/25 under Second Tier PET/Skill Test.
3. Check that the candidate details match and that you have the full card, not only the portal’s summary row.
4. Keep the portal’s listed dates and the PET notice together. Do not treat either as your allotted date.
5. Read the Warder PET conduct notice (PDF) and the general instructions for PET candidates.
6. If your venue is Thyagaraj Sports Complex, read the separate centre-entry notice before the test day.
