Exam City Intimation Slip vs Admit Card – What Each Is

The exam city intimation slip is NOT the admit card. The city slip, released about 10 days before the exam, tells you only the exam city and your allotted exam date, so you can plan travel. It cannot be used to enter the exam centre. The admit card (e-Call Letter), released 4 days before the exam, is the document that allows entry — it carries your exam centre, reporting time and roll number details. Download the city slip first to confirm your exam date (23 or 25 November 2026), then download the admit card on its release date for that exam date.

What Happens Next – Exam Day Note

After downloading the admit card, candidates should reach the exam centre by the reporting time printed on the e-Call Letter and carry the admit card printout with the documents the RRB asks for. As per RRB instructions, Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication is reported at the exam centre, so candidates should follow the instructions printed on the admit card. The CBT is scheduled for 23 and 25 November 2026. For other open recruitments, see the Latest Jobs section and our DSSSB MTS and JE Recruitment 2026 guide.
